Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 April 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of neurodiversityglobal.com and its subdomains (the "site"), our free AI assistants (Ask Rich, Concierge, Workshop Finder, Blog Finder), and our free 30-minute discovery-call booking.
Paid engagements — training, consultancy, workshops, coaching, and digital learning products — are governed by a separate written services agreement ("SOW") signed between NDG and the client. These website terms do not create a services relationship and do not replace the SOW.
2. Who we are
Neurodiversity Global Limited ("NDG", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16013635).
Registered address: 3 Holly Lane, Great Horkesley, Colchester, Essex, CO6 4AW

3. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
4. Acceptable use
When using the site you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape at a rate that degrades service for other users.
- Automate or abuse the AI assistants beyond normal interactive use.
- Use NDG content, frameworks, or AI-assistant outputs to train third-party models.
- Upload content to our forms that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes anyone's rights.
5. AI assistants
Ask Rich, Concierge, Workshop Finder, and Blog Finder are free-to-use tools that provide general information only. They are not legal, medical, HR, occupational-health, or any other form of professional advice.
- Do not paste confidential information or special-category personal data (for example, named health or disability information about a colleague) into prompts.
- Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything you intend to act on.
- For advice on a specific situation, book a discovery call through /contact.
How AI prompts are handled (including retention) is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Discovery-call bookings
The booking widget on /contact is provided by Cal.com. Using it is subject to Cal.com's own terms and privacy notice in addition to ours. We may decline or reschedule a discovery call.
7. Paid engagements
Any paid work — training, consultancy, workshops, coaching, digital learning — is governed by a separate signed services agreement setting out scope, fees, timelines, cancellation, confidentiality, and liability. These website terms do not create or imply any paid-services relationship.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, frameworks, models, course materials, graphics, and AI-assistant outputs — is owned by NDG or its licensors. You may view the site and share direct links to our pages. You may not reproduce, adapt, or redistribute NDG content or AI-assistant outputs for commercial use, for internal training delivery, or in any product or service that competes with NDG, without written permission.
9. Third-party links
The site links to third-party pages (e.g. ICO, Cal.com, research sources). We don't control those sites, don't endorse them, and aren't responsible for their content.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The site and the AI assistants are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that content is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, NDG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising from use of the site or the AI assistants.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
If you qualify as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
11. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. How we use cookies and similar storage is set out in our Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The English courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, which does not prevent a consumer from bringing proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by law.
